In the construction of transportation infrastructure, the quality of road markings is directly related to driving safety and road service life. As a new type of marking material, two-component marking line is gradually favored for its superior performance. However, its long-term performance and whether it can stand the test of time has always been the focus of the industry's attention.

At the re-test site, the technical personnel and the personnel of the project department carried out a detailed test of the two-component marking line. The test results show that despite several years of stormy baptism and temperature changes, the two-component marking line of Z-Coating is still excellent. The marking line is not cracked, the glass beads are worn normally, and most of the reverse coefficients are still above 400. This result fully reflects the superior performance of MMA two-component spraying Road Marking Paint materials.

At the re-test site, the advantage of the two-component road marking line is more obvious through the comparison with the hot-melt marking line of the same section.
The glass beads on the surface of the hot-melt road marking line in the same section are seriously falling off and cracking, which is quite different from the original.
The loss of the Marking retroreflectivity of the MMA two-component road marking line is small, from about 500 at the time of construction in 2021 to about 400 at the time of retest in 2025, showing excellent durability and stability.
