Color Non-Slip Pavement is made of a two-component ◉High tensile strength: ≥ 10 MPa; supports heavy traffic without tearing.
polyurethane-modified epoxy binder and ceramic aggregates ◉Excellent flexibility & elasticity: elongation at break ≥ 40%;
of various specifications, colors and sizes; the resin is follows deck deformation without cracking or debonding.
applied to the original asphalt or cement concrete pavement ◉Strong aggregate retention: durable bonding with colored ceramic aggregate.
in precise quantities. Spread a layer of ceramic particles to ◉Chemical resistance: resists common acids, alkalis, and salts encountered on roadways.
create a rough, non-slip surface. Common colored ceramic ◉Good wear resistance: maintains texture and macro-roughness under repeated loading.
particle pavement colors include green, yellow, blue, red, ◉High substrate adhesion: strong bond to steel, asphalt concrete, and cement concrete.
white and grey.

Application
1.Mixing & Application
• Pre-mix each component; weigh to the required ratio; power-mix 5–8 min until uniform.
• Apply evenly onto the prepared surface. Recommended binder dosage: 1.5–2.0 kg/m² (actual coverage depends on surface texture).
• Broadcast colored ceramic aggregate: 5–8 kg/m² of 2–3 mm granules to achieve a total thickness of 3–4 mm.
• Substrate temperature ≤ 45 °C; surface must be dry, clean, and sound.
2.Safety & Ventilation
• Use curing-agent-containing mixtures promptly. No open flames/sparks; wear PPE.
• Ensure good ventilation in production and application areas.
Notes:
1. Open flames and sparks are strictly prohibited at the
construction site. Construction workers must wear special
protective gear.
2. The construction area must be well ventilated. For other
safety information, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet.

Packaging and Storage
- 30 L steel drums. Protect from sun and rain; keep away from heat/ignition/food.
- Store cool, dry, well-ventilated; 5–45 °C. Shelf life: 12 months (unopened).
